Job summary

CSAT Solutions LP in Houston, TX is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support daily data entry and material movement with focus on accuracy and efficiency. You will perform data entry, verify incoming materials, maintain safe warehouse practices, operate pallet jacks, and assist with ISO 9001 compliance in a fast-paced team environment.

Experience with warehouse management systems and basic Excel is preferred, along with intermediate English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years data entry experience preferred.
• Able to use pallet jacks, carts, and basic warehouse equipment.
• Email and written communication with basic Excel knowledge.
• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems preferred.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methods preferred.
• Must work well in a fast-paced team with close supervision.
• Intermediate English abilities required.
• Ability to follow documented procedures, standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Performs data entry electronically; reports daily material movement, purge requests, pre-alert entries, customer web entries, transfers, etc.
• Completes filing of material documents
• Records movement of material from order request forms and/or transfer sheets
• Receives and verifies quantities of incoming materials
• Performs warehouse duties such as cleaning, sweeping and organizing materials to maintain a safe working environment
• Assists material handlers and other personnel in the movement of materials
• Responsible for meeting ISO 9001 and/or other quality system requirements in their department
• May perform other duties as assigned

CSAT Solutions is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of a Warehouse Clerk. This position will require the candidate to have some knowledge of computer components.

Role and Responsibilities

• Performs data entry electronically; reports daily material movement, purge requests, pre-alert entries, customer web entries, transfers, etc.
• Completes filing of material documents
• Systematically records the movement of material from order request forms and/or transfer sheets
• Systematically receives and verifies quantities of incoming materials
• Performs warehouse duties such as cleaning, sweeping and organizing materials to maintain a safe working environment
• Assists material handlers and other personnel in the movement of materials
• Responsible for meeting ISO 9001 and/or other quality system requirements in their department
• May perform other duties as assigned

Education, Training and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2 or more years of data entry experience, preferred
• Able to use manual moving equipment including; pallet jacks, carts, etc.
• Email and written messaging with basic Excel knowledge
• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems preferred
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methods preferred
• Must be able to work in fast-paced team environment with close supervision
• Intermediate English abilities required
• Ability to follow documented procedures, standards and policies

Working Conditions and Essential Abilities & Functions

• Warehouse environment (may not be climate-controlled)
• Lift/carry up to 20 lbs.
• Push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Stand/walk for 8 hours
• Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and crouching
