Solina Eastvale, CA is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to perform clerical duties related to shipping and receiving, while also handling basic material handling tasks.

You will lift up to 50 pounds, operate pallet jacks and scanners, schedule shipments, print packing lists, update records, and coordinate with customer service and supply chain teams. The role supports a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment in a growing, international food solutions company.

Qualifications

• Must lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Experience in warehouse operations preferred.
• Must obtain powered industrial truck certifications.
• Able to read and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Contact carriers and schedule shipping orders.
• Process orders based on customers' preferred shipping system (UPS, FedEx).
• Track inventory and report shortages to sales team.
• Schedule receiving and shipping appointments and create shipping documents.
• Print daily shipping orders and communicate with customer service/supply chain teams.

This position performs administrative tasks in addition to Material Handler responsibilities.## Key ResponsibilitiesContact carriers and schedule shipping orders going out· Process orders based on customers preferred shipping system (ups, FedEx-express)· Track inventory and report any shortage to sales team· Responsible for scheduling receiving and shipping appointments· Adage Crystal Report and receive data into system· Create warehouse transfers, stock transfers and shipping documents· Print daily shipping orders· Communicate with customer service and supply chain departments· Answering phones and updating recordCandidate Profile· Previous experience in a warehouse or with heavy lifting preferred· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continually during shift· Ability to consistently meet minimum production standards and company service levels· Must obtain proper powered industrial truck certifications during initial training phase· Ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions· Ability to operate pallet jack and other required materials handling equipment (MHE)· Must be able to build full pallets orders with bags or boxes that can weigh up to 50lbs· Must be able to use scanning equipment because all warehouse items are bar coded· Must be able to operate or be willing to learn to operate the stand-up and sit-down equipment## BenefitsPTO (Personal time off) Medical, Dental, VIsion, 401K
