Reyes Holdings is seeking an Operations Assistant to perform general administrative tasks, process orders, and track shipping, delivery, and service performance. The role includes providing confidential support to leadership and preparing operational reports.
The position requires 0–2 years of related experience and a high school diploma or GED. It involves interacting with customers, collaborating with multiple teams, and may include other duties as assigned.
Schedule: Must have open availability to work within a 24/7 operations, schedule may include weekends, overnights, and holidays.
