Capitol Distributing in Caldwell, Idaho is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to replenish inventory, unload totes, and operate select equipment. The role requires attention to stock accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a busy distribution center.

Shifts start as early as 3:00am, full-time 40 hours/week, with occasional weekends. Benefits include PTO, holidays, 401k match, health plans, and tuition assistance. Competitive hourly pay: $18.00–$20.00 plus bonuses.

Schedule

Shifts can begin as early as 3:00am and end in the afternoon, five days a week, with occasional weekends and overtime. This is a full-time position 40 hours/week.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient replenishment of products in the warehouse.
• Replenish product in inventory slots.
• Unload empty totes from trailers.
• Operate certain machinery.
• Rotate product throughout the facility using the first in/first out method.
• Assist in obtaining products from the receiving team.
• Assist the order selection team when necessary.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Fold and stack cardboard as needed.
• Follow safety & security guidelines.
• Perform other duties and work in other areas as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications

• Experience working in a Warehouse or Manufacturing Environments a plus.
• Knowledgeable of work area and inventory
• Ability to understand warehouse mapping.
• Ability to safely use warehouse equipment.
• Ability to lift and move cases occasionally up to 50+Lbs,
• Must be able to follow policies and safety guidelines.
• Ability to work overtime upon request.

Working Conditions

Warehouse Clerks will work in regular or freezer temperatures. Individuals working in freezer conditions will be provided with adequate cold gear and receive additional hourly differentials. This role is very fast-paced and requires a significant amount of movement to meet replenishment rates. The position will also require general physical movements such as frequently walking, standing, lifting, bending, twisting, and reaching, occasionally lifting 50+Lbs Individuals will also be expected to follow and understand basic instructions/ policies.
