Capitol Distributing in Caldwell, Idaho seeks a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily replenishment, coordinate Clerks, monitor product flow, and support receiving and order selection. The role trains teammates, operates equipment, maintains safety standards, and ensures efficient inventory movement throughout the facility.

The position pays $19.00–$21.00 per hour for full‑time work, including at least one weekend day. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work rotating shifts as needed.

• Replenish pick slots using daily forecasted and order-based reports.
• Unload trailers returning from delivery routes.

• Ensure the pick areas are set up and ready for the incoming order selection team.

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 an hour.

Warehouse Lead Role Overview:

The Warehouse Lead oversees daily replenishment activities to keep the warehouse safe, organized, and ready for order selection. This hands‑on role coordinates Warehouse Clerks in assigned areas, monitors product flow, replenishes pick slots using forecasted and order-based reports, and supports receiving, unloading, and order selection as needed. The Warehouse Lead also helps train team members, operates warehouse equipment, maintains safety and security standards, and ensures efficient inventory movement throughout the facility.

Shift:

Full-time that will require one weekend day.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience working in a Warehouse or Manufacturing Environments a plus.
• A solid understanding of warehouse distribution procedures processes.
• Experience with various types of warehouse equipment such as stand‑up forklifts, riding pallet jack, hand carts, and cardboard bailing machine.
• Ability to multitask, plan, and forecast production requirements.
• A history of being self‑motivated and having strong attention to detail are essential traits.
• Must be available for possible rotating shifts (including nights and weekends) and holidays.
• Great Attendance and Punctuality are a must. Strong Communication skills are preferred.
• Ability to understand warehouse mapping.
• Ability to lift and move cases up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to follow policies and safety guidelines.
• Ability to work overtime upon request.
• Bi‑lingual is a plus

Working Conditions:

Warehouse Leads may work at regular or freezer temperatures. Individuals working in freezer conditions will be provided with adequate cold gear and receive additional hourly differentials. This role is very fast‑paced and requires a significant amount of movement to meet replenishment rates. The position will also require general physical movements such as walking, standing, occasionally lifting 50+lbs, bending, twisting, and reaching. Individuals will also be expected to follow and understand basic instructions/ policies.
