Capitol Distributing in Caldwell, Idaho is hiring a Fulfillment Clerk to pick stock for customer orders using scanners, pack items, and move totes to loading areas. The role is full-time with 4-day swing shifts and one weekend day required.

Responsibilities

• The Fulfillment Clerk is responsible for picking various stocks to fill customer orders.
• Use scanning devices to pick products and fulfill customer orders.
• Places products in totes and packages items correctly.
• Places Totes/Full case items on sorting belt/rollers for Loading Clerks.
• Follows safety rules for warehouses.
• Regularly communicates with Coworkers, Leads, and Supervisors for efficiency.
• Perform other duties and work in other areas as assigned.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour + bonuses.

Schedule: Full-time 4 days/week swing shifts with 1 weekend day required.

Working Conditions:

Capitol has Ambient Fulfillment Clerks, Refrigerated Fulfillment Clerks, and Freezer Fulfillment Clerks. Individuals working in freezer conditions will be provided with adequate cold gear and receive additional hourly differentials. Fulfillment Clerks in the Refrigerated section will be provided with gloves and PPE. This role is very fast-paced and requires a significant amount of movement to meet order demands. Individuals in this position should expect to move throughout modules stocked with product. The position will require general physical movements such as frequently reaching in all directions, walking, standing, bending, twisting, and occasionally lifting 50+Lbs. Individuals will also be expected to follow and understand basic instructions/policies. Employees will receive 3 days off per week. Overtime may be required based on business needs and operational demands.
