Florcraft Carpet One is seeking an experienced warehouse professional for our long-standing retail flooring business known for outstanding customer service and a professional staff. The role focuses on warehouse management, inventory control, and coordinating deliveries to installers and customers.

You will interact with staff, vendors, and customers, receive materials, and prepare orders. The position requires a high school diploma and a valid driver's license, with competitive pay based on

Responsibilities

• Warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Interact with staff, customers, vendors, accounts, installers, etc.
• Receive and inspect incoming flooring materials.
• Coordinate pickups and local deliveries.
• Prepare orders for installers and customers.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with sales/installation teams.
• Perform light-duty driving to job sites.
• Keep warehouse clean, organized and safe.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities for this position include, but not limited to:

• Warehouse Management
• Interacting with the staff, customers; including vendors, commercial and builder accounts, installers, etc.
• Inventory Management
• Receive and inspect incoming flooring materials.
• Manage Pick ups and Small Deliveries
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts.
• Cut carpet and prepare flooring orders for installers and customers.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules with the sales/installation teams.
• Perform light-duty driving and local deliveries to job sites.
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Ability to prioritize and time manage effectively
• Opportunity to take on additional training to increase pay rate

Requirements

Qualifications for this position:
