Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Clamp Operator in Savannah, GA who will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving, verify product movement, and maintain inventory accuracy.

The role emphasizes safe material handling, attention to detail, and adherence to warehouse procedures, SQFI/FDA requirements, and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and safe equipment operation.
• Experience using RF scanners, WMS, or inventory software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack and organize materials.
• Inspect equipment before use and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Support shipping/receiving and verify product movement.
• Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
• Complete paperwork and use inventory management systems.
