Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an order picker in Rogers, MN to support high-volume distribution. You will select and move products to meet daily production quotas while maintaining safety and accuracy.

You will log inventory movements, operate PIT equipment, and coordinate with floor supervisors to prevent stockouts and delays. The role emphasizes speed, precision, and reliable attendance.

• Work quickly and efficiently to select and move high volumes of product based on daily production quotas and client demands.
• Carefully stack, wrap, or consolidate selected orders onto pallets or carts, ensuring stability and safety of the load prior to staging.
• Accurately track and log all inventory movements using the client's preferred system, ensuring end-of-shift reconciliation is smooth.
• Operate essential manual handling equipment, including hand trucks and pallet riders, safely in congested warehouse lanes.
• Actively communicate with floor supervisors regarding stockouts, location errors, or issues that could impede order fulfillment throughput.
