Job summary

Randstad is hiring a warehouse order picker in Fort Worth, TX. You will locate, retrieve, and stage products for shipping, and move items to the packing station using basic tools. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and team collaboration.

Your responsibilities:

• Locate, retrieve, and stage products for shipping by accurately interpreting order sheets, manifests, or digital scanners.
• Execute the safe and efficient movement of products, utilizing basic material handling tools to bring items from storage areas to the designated packing station.
• Conduct visual checks on all pulled items to ensure they match the required specifications (SKU, size, quantity) before moving them to the next process step.
• Assist with basic inventory counting and verification tasks as needed to maintain high stock accuracy.
• Maintain a consistently professional and focused approach while working in high-traffic picking lanes, always prioritizing safety.
