Job summary

Randstad USA in Groveport, OH is hiring picker/packer to join our essential distribution teams. This hands-on role involves moving products from storage to staging areas, boxing items for shipment, and applying the correct labels as part of a fast-paced warehouse workflow.

Ideal candidates are comfortable with physical activity, can follow packing and quality metrics, and work well as part of a team. Location is on-site with variable hours and Randstad provides a full benefits package.

• Picking tasks: Travel through warehouse aisles to locate and pull products indicated by order documentation, moving inventory from storage to staging areas.
• Packing tasks: Prepare pulled products for shipment, boxing, applying protective packaging, sealing, and labeling.
• Utilize basic material handling aids like rolling carts and hand dollies to transport items between picking and packing stations.
• Assist with basic stock handling, ensuring inventory in picking locations is organized and accessible for efficient retrieval.
• Adhere to speed and accuracy metrics for both picking and final packing processes.

• Adhere to all required speed and accuracy metrics set for both the picking and the final packing process.
