Job summary

Randstad USA in DeSoto, TX is hiring Entry-Level Order Pickers to support fast-paced warehouse operations. You will locate and pull items, move them to packing or quality areas, and help keep stock areas organized while learning picking methods.

Training is provided and employment is offered immediately with reliable wages. Prior PIT testing is required, and safety gear like steel-toe footwear is expected as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions (written or digital) precisely to locate and pull inventory items from warehouse shelves and floor locations.

• Perform basic quality checks on items to ensure product integrity before handing off in the fulfillment process.
