McLane Company, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Checker/Loader IV in Findlay, OH, in the Cooler/Freezer department with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm shift and a pay rate of $24.00 per hour.

Benefits start after 60 days and include medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, and life insurance. Responsibilities include loading and securing products, using hand or powered equipment, maintaining quality control, and communicating any product concerns to the driver or supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English for safety and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure products in trailers safely.
• Operate by hand or powered equipment as needed.
• Maintain quality control for non-conveyable products prior to loading.
• Report concerns about product integrity to a supervisor.
