Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Checker/Loader IV. The role pays $25.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 7:30 am.

Benefits begin after 60 days, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance. Vacation, sick leave, holidays after 90 days; additional perks like tuition reimbursement are available. You will load and secure products, use powered equipment as needed, and maintain quality control while ensuring a safe work

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for task execution and safety.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure products in trailers safely.
• Duties may be done by hand or with powered equipment.
• Maintain quality control for non-conveyable products before loading.
• Report product integrity concerns to a supervisor.
• Communicate special circumstances to the driver via Shipping Loading Report.
• Keep work area clean and debris-free.
• Work safely to prevent injuries and damage.
• Other duties may be assigned.
