McLane Company, Inc. in Ocala, FL is seeking a Warehouse Checker/Loader IV to load and secure products, using manual handling or powered equipment, while ensuring product integrity and safety.

You will join a safety-conscious team with a focus on keeping the work area clean, following shipping reports, and supporting a fast-moving distribution network for restaurants, retailers, and e-commerce partners.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job tasks safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure products in trailers safely.
• Perform duties by hand or with powered equipment.
• Maintain quality control for non-conveyable products prior to loading.
• Report product integrity concerns to a supervisor.
• Communicate any special circumstances to the delivery driver via Shipping Loading Report.
• Keep a clean, debris-free work area and work safely to prevent injuries.
