Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.

• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment with inter-departmental cooperation and continuous improvement.
• Implement employee development plans to support ongoing professional growth.
• Ensure employees receive orientation, training, materials, evaluations, and proactive coaching.
