Job summary

UPS is seeking a seasoned supervisor to lead safety, production, and attendance in our warehouse operations. This role sets high standards for accuracy, customer service, organization, and teamwork while guiding workgroups and providing coaching to develop staff.

The candidate will manage resources, facilitate training, ensure compliance with safety policies, and foster a positive, proactive environment that drives continuous improvement across all levels of the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Able to lift 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Available for flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain good relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitate training for new and current employees.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures compliance in the warehouse.
• Manage department resources for maximum output and accuracy.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented environment and proactive communication.
• Implement personal development plans for department personnel.
• Provide orientation, training, and regular evaluations to staff.
