Job summary

You will train, coach, and mentor workgroups, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and coordinate resources to achieve optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise package handlers and ensure safety, production and attendance.
• Train workgroups and promote a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Maintain high standards for accuracy, customer service, organization, and safety.
