Job summary

The position runs Monday through Friday with evening hours, offering a permanent, full-time opportunity in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, along with experience in Office software and safety adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs
• Availability to work flexible shift hours up to 5 days/week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times, in compliance with requirements.
• Manages department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment with inter-departmental cooperation.
• Implements employee development plans to support growth.
• Ensures orientation, skills and safety training, and regular evaluations for staff.
• Maintains safety adherence at all times.
