Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Sacramento, CA is seeking a warehouse associate to hand build pallets and load trucks for night shifts. You’ll operate a forklift or power pallet jack, follow load sheets, and ensure accurate loading and unloading for outbound and inbound routes.

This full‑time role starts at 9:00 PM and ends around 5:30 AM, with some weekend work. The job emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork, with on‑the‑job training and competitive hourly pay of $24.90.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hand build pallets of product for bulk and route trucks following warehouse instructions and load sheets.
• Use an electronic order system or order sheets to ensure loading accuracy for outgoing trucks and unloading for incoming trucks.
• Operate a forklift and/or power pallet jack to move product to picking areas and build pallets/loads as assigned.
• Wrap and secure pallets/loads to maintain stability for transport.
• Stage pallets and/or load product into trailers and trucks when ready, including handling returned pallets/plastic flats.
• Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items and turn in paperwork for check before loading.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following proper housekeeping standards in your work area.

Build and load pallets of beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina to keep communities supplied safely, accurately, and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Hand build pallets of product for bulk and route trucks, following warehouse instructions and load sheets
