Job summary

PepsiCo is looking for a merchandise associate to stock shelves, rotate stock, and maintain backroom organization across Hayward, CA. You will set up displays and promotional materials to support local initiatives while coordinating with store teams.

The role requires driving to multiple store locations, lifting 20–45 lb cases, and working a variable schedule with early starts (4 AM) and a finish around 3 PM. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver\'s license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Position requires you to drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
• Position may require you to work holidays.
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from backroom to sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)

What You’ll Do

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
