Job summary

PepsiCo in Youngwood, PA is seeking a dedicated warehouse associate to hand build pallets, operate forklifts, and load outbound trucks. You will follow electronic order sheets to ensure accurate loading, move product with forklifts, and secure loads for transport in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires physical labor, non-traditional shifts including weekends, and eligibility at 18+. Forklift certification may be required. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

• Stage pallets and/or load product into trailers and trucks.
• Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items and submit paperwork.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following housekeeping standards.

Quick Look

• Pay: $20.66 per hour
• Location: Youngwood, PA
• Work Days: 5
• Start Time: 8pm or 12pm
• End Time: 4am or 8pm

What You'll Do

• Hand build pallets of product for bulk and route trucks, following warehouse instructions and load sheets
• Use an electronic order system or order sheets to ensure loading accuracy for outgoing trucks and unloading for incoming trucks
• Operate a forklift and/or power pallet jack to move product to picking areas and build pallets/loads as assigned
• Wrap and secure pallets/loads when finished to maintain stability for transport
• Stage pallets and/or load product into trailers and trucks when ready, including handling returned pallets/plastic flats
• Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items and turn in paperwork for check before loading
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following proper housekeeping standards in your work area

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Position requires you to perform physical labor (with or without accomodation)
• Position requires non-traditional shifts and weekend work \
• Position may require you to use a forklift or become forklift certified
