Job summary

Lineage is seeking a detail-oriented professional to plan and virtually monitor warehouse processes, ensuring on-time completion and efficient product flow. You will partner with the technical team to implement best practices for automated operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key qualifications include 1 year in automated warehouse facilities, WMS experience, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills. The role may require working across shifts and in varying storage conditions.

Qualifications

• 1 year of automated warehouse facility experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to apply technical knowledge to diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve or help others resolve equipment and process issues.
• Excellent analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguity.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task various and conflicting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and virtually monitor all warehouse processes for accuracy, efficiency, and on-time completion.
• Ensure optimal product flow to meet operational throughput.
• Monitor system downtime and supply improvement plans.
• Ensure maximum use of system capacity; identifying and mitigating systematic bottlenecks.
• Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex control system issues.
• Partner with technical team to develop best practices for automated warehouse operations.
