Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Automation Maintenance Technician in Indianapolis, IN. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing automated warehouse equipment, troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, and vision systems, and ensuring safe, reliable operation across facilities nationwide.

You will work Monday through Saturday on a shift that supports continuous distribution operations, with comprehensive benefits, paid training, and a pathway for skill growth within a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Maintain and repair warehouse automation equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and drives to diagnose faults.
• Work with WES/WMS interfaces to ensure proper messaging.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors and automation systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair warehouse automation equipment including AS/RS and AGVs.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize CMMS for work orders and spare parts control.
• Maintain clean, organized maintenance areas and participate in safety initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement and standard operating procedures.
