Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Automation or related field.
1+ year of experience with warehouse automation equipment or industrial equipment.
Solid understanding of mechanical systems and automation equipment.
Hands-on experience with inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair.
Basic ability to analyze equipment data for performance improvements.
Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute warehouse automation projects from installation to integration.
Develop and train SOPs for operation and maintenance of automated equipment.
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
Monitor equipment performance and drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime.
Collaborate with Warehouse Operations, Planning, IT, and Engineering to resolve issues.
