Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics in Atlanta, GA is hiring a Warehouse Operator in a full-time, hourly role. You will handle receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and loading, using pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks as certified. Follow SOPs and WMS, maintain accuracy, and support floor operations with teamwork.

You’ll also train new hires, monitor workflow, report issues, and help keep the area safe and organized while meeting productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in order fulfillment processes and inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations.
• Ability to handle materials safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork skills and collaboration with colleagues and supervisors.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse tasks including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and loading/unloading.
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, forklift, reach truck) as certified.
• Follow SOPs, WMS instructions, and client requirements; ensure order accuracy.
• Coordinate with China-based merchant service team; support team leads on floor operations.
• Train new hires, monitor workflow, and flag delays or issues; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with attendance, productivity, and basic reporting; support shift handoffs.
