Job summary

Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages LLC in New Jersey is seeking an Automation & Data Lead to support the case picking operation, supervise a team, and troubleshoot while ensuring safety.

You will operate a variety of equipment, coordinate with Vertique systems, train staff, and drive continuous improvement in a noisy, time-sensitive environment; a high school diploma is required, a Bachelor's degree is preferred, with 1-3 years in warehousing or automation-related roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years warehouse experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or 1-2 years' experience with automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate and repair equipment: start system, process orders, palletizer, wrappers, labelers, pickers, conveyors, lift tables.
• Train, coach and assign day-to-day tasks to team members.
• Monitor VPS and Vertique Camera System for timely and accurate build.
• Troubleshoot Vertique backups and breakdowns; address issues promptly.
• Maintain machine function using problem-solving and simple data manipulation.
