Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a 1st Shift Full-Time Automation Lead to support case-picking and sorting in an automated warehouse environment. You will monitor orders, guide teammates, and ensure safe, efficient operations while adhering to safety policies.

Responsibilities include operating VPS Vertique software, troubleshooting equipment, and leading a team on the floor. Qualifications include a HS diploma and 1–3 years in a similar setting; automation experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1-3 years of related work experience.
• Experience in an automated environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate VPS Vertique Picking and loading software with competence.
• Troubleshoot and maintain machines and powered conveyors.
• Understand package dimensions, descriptions, and SKU numbers.
• Direct floor work to ensure efficient operations.
• Participate in regular housekeeping duties in machines and warehouse.
• May assist in interviewing potential candidates.
