Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Erlanger, KY is seeking an Automation Lead to support case-picking and sorting in an automated warehouse. You will guide a team, monitor orders, and ensure safe, efficient operations on a 2nd shift.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, familiarity with warehouse software, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. It offers growth, training, and a collaborative environment with strong safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of work experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
• Able to work in a loud, non-climate controlled environment.
• Ability to lift 30–75 lbs and walk throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Operates VPS Vertique Picking and loading software within the automation environment.
• Maintain proper function of machines and troubleshoot powered conveyors for simple malfunctions.
• Maintain understanding of package dimensions, descriptions, and SKU numbers.
• Direct work on the floor to ensure efficient operations.
• Participate in regular housekeeping duties within the machines and warehouse.
• Assist in interviewing potential candidates.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
