Are you a skilled Warehouse Auditor looking to grow your career? Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you at our Olive Branch, MS Distribution Center! In this role, you will ensure accuracy of picked products, correct quantities, sufficient packaging, and labeling. Review, mark, label and/or relabel product and product packaging.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Inspect picked items for accuracy, damages and appropriate packaging
  • Visually review materials and cartons; Packs and seals cartons for shipping, ensuring the product and packaging are damage free
  • Verifying correct products are picked, proper quantities are picked, and proper packing procedures are followed.
  • Maintain proper records of audited products. Report errors to proper authorities.
  • Prepare items for shipment. Adhere to safety policies and procedures.

For this Role, You Will Need:
  • Previous warehouse experience with six months continuous work experience.
  • Must have high school diploma or GED.
  • Requires clerical skills, works well in a team, good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Must have data entry proficiency and basic computer skills.
  • Must possess the ability to solve problems.
  • Must have strong attention to detail.
  • Must have a strong sense of Urgency!
  • Must be able to work quickly meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • Must be willing to work in heat and cold warehouse setting.
  • Able to work overtime and weekends as necessary.
  • Legal authorized to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Follow written and oral instructions in English.
  • Ability to lift parts weighing in excess of 50 pounds (assistance when needed) and to work in bending, squatting, reaching, pushing, pulling, grasping, stretching, and standing frequently. for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work quickly meeting efficiency and quality standards.
