We are hiring immediately for seasonal Warehouse Attendant positions at Canteen.

• Location: Corporate Essentials - 2 Cranberry Road, Unit 2, Parsippany, NJ 07054. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Seasonal; Monday through Friday. Hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Receives, stores, and distributes materials, tools, equipment, and products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
2. Convey materials from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.
3. Place materials/goods on racks, shelves, bins, or in refrigerated rooms according to predetermined sequences.
4. Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or stock items and distribute to production workers or assembly lines.
5. Assemble customer orders from stock and place on pallets or shelves; convey orders to packing or shipping departments.
6. Mark materials with identifying information.
7. Open bales, crates, and containers.
8. Record amounts of materials received or distributed.
9. Weigh or count items for distribution to ensure standards are met.
10. Arrange stock parts for assembly by other workers.
11. Use computer to enter records.
12. Compile worksheets or tickets from customer specifications.
13. Drive vehicle to transport stored or picked-up items.
14. Complete requisition forms for supplies.
15. Prepare parcels for mailing.
16. Maintain inventory records.
17. Perform other duties as assigned.
18. Follow HACCP standards for presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
19. Prioritize safety and abide by all company policies, including proper use of gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques.
