• Basic understanding of inventory management.

• Basic vehicle mechanical experience.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and check items against purchase orders.
• Place products on racks, shelves, or bins.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.
• Gather materials and supplies from the stores for colleagues.
• Conduct routine cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies with inventory databases, and monitor stock levels.
• Keep the warehouse area clean, tidy and free from hazards to uphold health and safety.
• Some facilities maintenance including lawncare.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced attendant for our warehouse position. A warehouse attendant manages, organizes, and moves stock inside a storage facility or distribution centre The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a comprehensive understanding of warehouse management, and the ability to facilitate a positive culture. This role involves overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring excellent customer service and managing inventory. The Warehouse Attendant will play a pivotal role in maintaining the warehouse, trucks and equipment.
