Job summary

Precision Door Service is seeking a warehouse attendant for our distribution facility in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will help manage stock, oversee daily warehouse activities, and support truck and equipment maintenance.

The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of inventory control, can multitask in a fast-paced environment, and maintains a strong focus on safety and accuracy while delivering friendly, reliable service to our team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy loads (30–50+ pounds).
• Basic understanding of inventory management.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems.
• Basic vehicle mechanical experience.
• Strong attention to detail to prevent fulfillment errors.
• Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and check items against purchase orders.
• Place products on racks, shelves, or bins.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.
• Gather materials and supplies from the stores for colleagues.
• Conduct routine cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies with inventory databases, and monitor stock levels.
• Keep the warehouse area clean, tidy and free from hazards to uphold health and safety.
• Some facilities maintenance including lawncare.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced attendant for our warehouse position. A warehouse attendant manages, organizes, and moves stock inside a storage facility or distribution center The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a comprehensive understanding of warehouse management, and the ability to facilitate a positive culture. This role involves overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring excellent customer service and managing inventory.
