Job summary

Voltage Manufacturing LLC is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate in Timberlake, NC for onsite daily material handling and inventory tasks. You will receive inbound shipments, pick and stage materials, and support production needs in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires 1+ year of warehouse experience, forklift certification (or the ability to obtain within 30 days), and basic computer skills to use ERP systems. Attention to detail and safety are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Basic computer skills with ability to learn ERP or warehouse systems.
• Ability to read pick lists, labels, and simple documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments, verify against packing lists, and complete system transactions.
• Put away raw materials and components into designated storage locations.
• Pick and stage materials for production orders based on pick lists.
• Deliver materials to production line-side locations and process returns.
• Perform cycle counts and support physical inventory activities.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and 5S standards.
• Identify and report damaged or non-conforming materials.
