Job summary

Voltage Energy is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support daily material handling and inventory operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This onsite role in Timberlake, NC requires accurate material movement and collaboration with production teams to meet scheduling needs.

You will receive inbound shipments, verify items against packing lists, perform put-away tasks, and pick/stage materials for production orders.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience.
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
  • Basic computer skills with ability to learn ERP or warehouse systems.
  • Ability to read pick lists, labels, and simple documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy; manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP (MIGO, MB1B), FIFO inventory, or lot control preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound shipments, verify materials against packing lists, and complete system transactions.
  • Put away raw materials and components into designated storage locations.
  • Pick and stage materials for production orders based on pick lists.
  • Deliver materials to production line-side locations and process returns.
  • Perform cycle counts and support physical inventory activities.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and 5S standards.
  • Identify and report damaged or non-conforming materials.
