Job summary

Under Armour is seeking Warehouse Teammates in Mount Juliet, TN, to help with daily operations of the Distribution House. Responsibilities include picking, packaging, and shipping orders, maintaining a clean work environment, and using electronic devices for order processing.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and preferably some warehouse experience. A competitive hourly wage of $17–$20 is offered along with numerous benefits such as discounts and health programs.

Purpose of Role

This role has big-time impact! Warehouse Teammates participate in the daily activities and operations of the Distribution House. This role performs an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials. Warehouse Teammates are responsible for manual tasks associated with the processing of orders. It is a cross‑functional role. Warehouse Teammates will perform work in any department within the facility as directed to support operational requirements and business priorities. Assignment to specific functions may vary daily based on workload, staffing levels, and operational needs. This role is responsible for manual and computerized tasks associated with the processing of orders.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; sweep, dust, and mop
• Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
• Retrieve and place merchandise in trailers, pallet locations, and pallet racks
• Assist with the development of efficient space planning for storage areas. Utilizes hand‑held computers to receive daily tasks
• Picking, pulling, and packaging of orders
• Processing and shipping of ordersConsistently be at work and on time
• Other duties as assigned

Base Compensation

$17.00 – $20.00 per hour. Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual’s relevant knowledge, skills, and experience for the position.
