Under Armour, Inc in Mt. Juliet, TN, is looking for a Warehouse Associate to participate in daily operations at the Distribution House. You will be responsible for processing incoming stock and materials, maintaining a safe work environment, and utilizing powered equipment.

Preferred candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, and ideally 1 year of warehouse experience. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $19.10 to $22.50.

Job description

Purpose of Role

This role has a big impact. You will participate in the daily activities and operations of the Distribution House, performing tasks such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials. You will also handle lift truck operation and other manual tasks associated with order processing.

Your Impact

• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, workstations neat, sweeping, dusting, and mopping.
• Organizes warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
• Retrieves and places merchandise in trailers, pallet locations, and pallet racks.
• Assists with the development of efficient space planning for storage areas.
• Utilizes hand-held computers to receive daily tasks.
• Uses powered equipment to retrieve and place merchandise in trailers, pallet locations, and pallet racks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Safe operation of powered machinery is required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Education and/or Experience:

• High School diploma (or GED), or equivalent years of experience.
• Forklift certification, or the ability to successfully complete forklift operator training and pass the required certification test within 14 days of hire (two attempts provided).
• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.

Base Compensation

$19.10- $22.50
