Job summary

Under Armour is seeking Warehouse Teammates for our Sparrows Point, MD distribution facility. You will perform duties including picking, packing, receiving and shipping orders, and operate RF scanners as part of a cross-functional team.

The role offers a base pay of $18.00–$21.20 per hour, Friday–Sunday 6:00am–6:30pm, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• 6 months warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; sweep, dust and mop.
• Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
• Retrieve and place merchandise in trailers, pallet locations, and pallet racks.
• Assists with the development of efficient space planning for storage areas. Utilizes hand-held computers to receive daily tasks.
• Picking, pulling, and packaging of orders.
• Processing and shipping of orders.
• Consistently at work and on time.
• Other duties as assigned.

Purpose of Role

This role has big-time impact! Warehouse Teammates participate in the daily activities and operations of the Distribution House. This role performs an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials. Warehouse Teammates are responsible for manual tasks associated with the processing of orders. This position is a cross functional role. Warehouse Teammates will perform work in any department within the facility as directed to support operational requirements and business priorities. Assignment to specific functions may vary daily based on workload, staffing levels, and operational needs. This role is responsible for manual and computerized tasks associated with the processing of orders.

Base Compensation

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
