Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Teammate to support daily distribution operations at Sparrows Point, MD. You will perform tasks related to receiving, processing, and fulfilling orders, while rotating through different departments as needed.

Ideal candidates have high school diploma and a preference for 6 months of warehouse experience. Safety, efficiency, and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced environment with a Fri-Sun 6:00am-6:30pm schedule.

This role has big-time impact! Warehouse Teammates participate in the daily activities and operations of the Distribution House. This role performs an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials. Warehouse Teammates are responsible for manual tasks associated with the processing of orders. This position is a cross functional role. Warehouse Teammates will perform work in any department within the facility as directed to support operational requirements and business priorities. Assignment to specific functions may vary daily based on workload, staffing levels, and operational needs. This role is responsible for manual and computerized tasks associated with the processing of orders.

Your Impact

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; sweep, dust and mop
• Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
• Retrieve and place merchandise in trailers, pallet locations, and pallet racks
• Assists with the development of efficient space planning for storage areas. Utilizes hand-held computers to receive daily tasks
• Picking, pulling, and packaging of orders
• Processing and shipping of orders
• Consistently at work and on time
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma (or GED), or equivalent years of experience.

• Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Sparrows Point, MD facility.
• Work Schedule: Friday- Sunday, 6:00am- 6:30pm

Base Compensation

$18.00-$21.20

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual’s relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
