Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Warehouse Associates for a leading wholesale company in St. Cloud, MN. The role offers 1st Shift Full Time with weekend options and weekly pay at $22.00 per hour.

This is a trial-for-hire opportunity with potential for long-term placement. You will move products with pallet jacks, use a voice-pick system, and work in temperatures from -15°F to room temp. A high school diploma is preferred; English reading is required; safety-minded, team-oriented candidates

What You'll Do as a Warehouse Associate:

• Move products using pallet jacks
• Pick and place items from shelves, some up to 84” high
• Use voice-pick system to follow directions
• Work in various temperature areas (from -15°F to room temp)
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean work area
• Communicate and coordinate with coworkers

What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Associate Role:

• High school diploma preferred
• Warehouse and equipment experience a plus
• Ability to read and follow written and spoken instructions in English
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and climb ladders
• Must be safety-minded, detail-oriented, and a team player
• Ability to lift and transport product manually (up to 100 pounds occasionally) with or without reasonable accommodations
