Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Alexandria, MN to support daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate order fulfillment. You will work in a fast-paced environment, operating equipment and using RF scanners to track products, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role offers full-time hours, a Monday–Friday schedule, and weekly pay. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, teamwork, and contributing to smooth shipping and receiving

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use RF scanners or inventory systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull and prepare products to fulfill customer orders.
• Pack, label, and stage completed orders for shipment or delivery.
• Operate forklifts, riders, and warehouse equipment safely.
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory.
• Use RF scanners and computerized systems to locate and track products.
• Load delivery trucks and assist with shipping and receiving activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

Compensation: $18.00-$21.00 per hour - paid weekly

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-5:00 PM (hours may vary based on business needs)
