Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for 8–10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software systems.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse workflow and assist with assigning work based on production schedules and customer demand.
• Support shipping, receiving, order picking, inventory management, and work order completion.
• Train team members on warehouse equipment, software systems, and operational processes as needed.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock checks.
• Communicate order changes, inventory concerns, and scheduling updates to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and provide hands-on support where needed.
• Follow and promote all quality, safety, and warehouse procedures.
