Adecco US, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Reno, NV to join a dynamic team in a well-organized facility.

The role offers a stable day shift from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for growth and advancement. Responsibilities include receiving and verifying shipments, stocking and organizing materials, picking, packing, weighing, labeling, and preparing shipping documents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable standing in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate hand tools and heavy equipment safely.
• Warehouse environment with varied conditions and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments with accuracy and quality control.
• Stock and organize materials in designated locations; manage backorders and inventory.
• Pick, pack, weigh, and label items for shipping; assemble and hold orders.
• Prepare shipping documents (bills of lading, receipts) with attention to detail.
• Assist with loading trucks and ensuring smooth delivery operations.
• Maintain documentation for local deliveries and return processes.
• Perform quality inspections on returns and re-shelving as needed.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe; maintain equipment.
• Administer preventative maintenance on delivery vehicles and warehouse tools.
• Address customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support counter sales and maintain stock levels.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality control.

• Stock and organize materials in designated warehouse locations, segregating backorders, and consolidating inventory when needed.

• Perform pick, pack, weigh, and label tasks for shipping, including assembly and hold orders.

• Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading and express receipts with attention to detail.

• Assist with loading trucks and ensuring smooth delivery operations.

• Maintain accurate documentation for local deliveries and return processes.

• Conduct quality inspections on returned materials and process returns for credit or re-shelving.

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by assembling/disassembling shelving and maintaining equipment.

• Administer preventative maintenance on delivery vehicles and warehouse tools to ensure safety and efficiency.

• Address customer complaints professionally, resolving issues or directing them to the appropriate supervisor.

• Support counter sales as needed, maintaining stock levels and customer service.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to operate hand tools and heavy equipment safely

• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with moderate noise levels, varied weather conditions, and safety requirements.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
