Job summary

Parksite in South Windsor, CT is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our employee-owned distribution team. As a non-exempt, hourly role, you will receive, store, and ship building materials with safety and accuracy.

Training is provided, with opportunities to advance within a growing organization that values ESOPs and competitive benefits. Key duties include voice-picking, loading/unloading, inventory checks, and operating forklifts after training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 3 months of warehouse experience or equivalent training/education.
• Training provided for candidates new to warehousing.
• Basic English reading and writing; basic math; strong organizational skills; team work; safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Use voice-picking technology to pick, pack, and prepare customer orders.
• Assemble and verify orders for accuracy and quality before shipment.
• Load outbound shipments and process orders using the Infor/CSD/WMS platform.
• Receive, store, and distribute products safely and efficiently.
• Safely operate sit-down forklifts after training and OSHA certification.
