Job summary

Parksite is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate in East Windsor, CT. This hourly, full-time role involves receiving, storing, and shipping building materials with a focus on safety and accuracy. Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist within our ESOP-owned organization.

Responsibilities include voice-picking, order verification, and operating a range of forklifts after proper training. Candidates should be prepared for overtime and a team-based work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 3 months of warehouse experience or equivalent training/education.
• Training provided for candidates new to warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Use voice-picking to pick, pack, and prepare customer orders.
• Assemble and verify orders for accuracy and quality before shipment.
• Load outbound shipments and process orders using the Infor/CSD/WMS platform.
• Unload and inspect inbound merchandise for accuracy and quality.
• Move, sort, and store materials in designated locations for efficient retrieval.
• Safely operate sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers after training and certification.
• Assist with physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Maintain organized storage areas to support efficiency.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards or equipment issues.
