Job summary

Target is seeking Warehouse Workers in the United States with pay starting at $22.85 per hour and a range up to $25.79 per hour. Eligible employees may earn an additional shift differential of $2.00 to $3.50 per hour, based on eligibility.

Responsibilities include packing, loading, shipping to stores and guests, and maintaining safety and accuracy in daily tasks. Role requires lifting up to 60 lbs, operating carts and equipment, standing and moving throughout shifts, and using basic computer

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently.
• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Able to push carts and move items with equipment.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Operate basic computer systems or handheld devices after training.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies to maintain a safe warehouse environment.
• Attend safety trainings to work safely in a fast-paced setting.
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise for stores and guests.
• Move inventory and freight throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Report to work on time and complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement.
