Job summary

Adecco is assisting a local customer in Bristol, CT in their search for Warehouse Associate positions. This opportunity offers a steady shift pattern, weekly pay, and access to Aspire Academy for upskilling.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely delivery of materials, safety, and continuous improvement within a GMP/OSHA-compliant environment. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in materials or related roles, a high school diploma, and the ability to operate pallet trucks and basic office

Qualifications

Must lift 50 lbs or less and push 150 lbs or less.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2 years' related Materials Management experience or 3 years’ non-materials management roles.
Ability to operate electric walker/pallet truck and stretch wrapper.
Strong computer skills including Excel and ERP software.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate material verification, data files, records, and reporting.
Ensure materials are delivered to manufacturing areas in a timely fashion.
Perform facility and equipment audits to ensure cGMP and OSHA compliance.
Provide training in operations, inventory systems, forklift training, safety, and compliance.
Adhere to cGMP guidelines, SOPs and plant policies and rules.
Assist in area improvements, department changes and meetings; participate in huddles.
