Job summary

HW Staffing Solutions is partnering with a well-established packaging and warehousing company in South Windsor, CT to hire a dependable Forklift Operator. You will safely operate a forklift, load/unload trucks, and move materials throughout the warehouse while maintaining accuracy and inventory control.

This role requires prior forklift experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, strict safety awareness, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team on a Monday–Friday schedule

• Prior forklift operating experience is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently and accurately.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
• Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Transport materials to designated storage or production areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory by following warehouse procedures.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures.
