Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Tracy, CA distribution center. This onsite role involves unloading inbound trucks, putting away merchandise, and ensuring accurate and safe outbound handling for furniture and home goods.

You will support drivers, maintain a clean and safe warehouse, and perform additional duties as needed across departments and buildings in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to work as a team and treat others respectfully.
• Ability to work overtime as needed to include weekends, holidays, and days not normally scheduled.
• Flexibility to work different schedules as business needs require it.
• Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational and follow-through skills.
• HUBM RF knowledge-tasking, fluid loading, locate cases etc.
• Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed.
• Focus on maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound truck and merchandise put away.
• Put away product movement from the receiving dock and put away to the deluxing floor.
• Ensure and deluxing all outbound furniture pieces prior to delivery with no damages present and all parts are included.
• Assist drivers with load and assemblies when needed.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe according to general warehousing practices and OSHA requirements.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
• This is an onsite and in office role.
