Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator for our Tracy, CA distribution center.

The role focuses on daily picking, moving goods using powered equipment, and maintaining accurate inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of forklift experience (Swing Reach, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Dock Stocker), strong attendance, teamwork, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year forklift experience with Swing Reach, Reach Truck, Order Picker & Dock Stocker.
• onsite role – in office.
• Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to learn PKMS warehouse system functions.
• Ability to read and verify locations and SKUs.
• Positive attitude and work ethic; able to work under pressure and learn quickly.
• Flexibility to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily hub picks using the inventory management system.
• Move items as needed within the warehouse.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with the warehouse system.
• Keep aisles and surroundings clean and organized daily.
• Promote safety and a strong safety culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
